These classes are designed for people starting their fitness journeys or used as a pairing with an L2 or L3 class. They can easily be modified, and are designed to help train your body to get to the next level in our training and stamina.
These classes are intermediate classes. They will work you cardiovascular system and muscles at peak performance. L2 classes are deigned for individuals that have a regular and consistent fitness regime and exercise 3-5 times a week.
Working at 75-100% capacity for most of the class. Designed for individuals that want the most out of one stand alone workout. The trainers will give exercises that challenge and push their participants. Modifications can be given but you will be encouraged to work at your maximum level.
Class Descriptions & Schedule
This high energy class is set to today’s top hits and will leave you dancing in the isles of your grocery store! Easy to follow, yet highly effective moves leaves this class a member favorite. The playlists are planned to give you an awesome cardio work out with highly concentrated choreo so that you get an awesome overall body work out. Go as hard or as “soft” as you’d like! This is class is for any fitness level!
Barre Above is a dynamic fusion of ballet, Pilates, yoga, and strength training. Utilizing low impact movements, balance, and muscle lengthening, this class will leave you feeling strong, poised, and your booty burning! No dance training required – come as you are!!
Butts & Guts
Just as the name describes, this class targets your core and glutes. It’s strictly toning when it comes to the moves in this quick 35 minute work out. It’s low impact, high sculpting, booty burning, core shaping fun!
Kick & Tone
Kick & Tone is an explosive combination of kickboxing cardio and full-body toning! Easy-to-follow, yet powerful kickboxing sequences get the heart rate pumpin’, while the toning portion is sure to test your physical and mental limits. Modifications are always offered, making this intense class suitable for every fitness level. Get ready to BRING IT at Kick & Tone!
Tabata is a form of high-intensity interval training (HIIT) that’s been proven to torch serious calories quickly. In a Tabata workout, each round lasts four minutes. It requires 20 seconds of all out intensity, followed by 10 seconds of rest, repeated eight times. It’s mighty, it’s explosive and it’s seriously effective!
Dust off your leg warmers and sweat bands, kids! It’s always a party at STEP class and you’re invited! Utilizing the classic step bench, this ‘throw-back’ class incorporates fun and dynamic combinations built off of the basics. Have two left feet? Never fear! This class is still for you! Repetition is our friend. With strength training intervals and pumpin’ tunes, you’re sure to leave with sweat on your brow and a smile on your face.
Who doesn’t love skipping? This quick but powerful workout takes your cardio to its max! Simple, effective, and fun! This easy to follow skipping routine mixed with strength and toning will leave you feeling accomplished! Only have 35 minutes? This work out is for you! All over body conditioning!
Transform is inspired by uniting Pilates, yoga and sports training, extracting from these practises to create a unique experience of movement for balance, mobility, flexibility, strength, stamina and the core. Emotive music drives the experience as you breathe and sweat through this full body journey.
Titan & Tone
Gear up and get ready to conquer those fears and insecurities. TITAN and Tone requires everything you’ve got for a warrior workout! I’m right there with you team! We will lift those weights & crush those squat pulses until the very last beat! Together – let’s get shweaty!
Always something different with this class. We use the studio and everything in it! A variety of stations that focus on various muscle groups and cardiovascular training. Working out to a timer and getting in as many reps as your fitness level allows! Watch and feel yourself getting stronger with each week.
Tone up and shape up! Using small weights and small pieces of simple fitness equipment, we will focus on sculpting and toning from head to toe. This low impact class is a great started for anyone. No matter where you are in your fitness journey. We will show you ways to increase or decrease the work out leaving it effective for everyone!
TRX is a form of suspension training that uses body weight exercises to develop strength, balance, flexibility and core stability simultaneously. It requires the use of the TRX Suspension Trainer, a performance training tool that leverages gravity and the user’s body weight to complete the exercises.
This class is set for any level! Work your entire body in 60 minutes with cardio blasts set between overall body toning bursts. Come and get your sweat on!
The Dramatic Transformation Principle Class will push you to new rep schemes and advanced workout techniques suitable for those who are willing to put in the work to reach new heights in their fitness journey. This class is suitable for all fitness levels as you choose your weights! It is not choreographed, so you can go at your own pace while being motivated by your tribe!

I have been there since the beginning and gone through the rocky times and the many moves. The Studio can’t get rid of me! I will be one of your successes one day! You just wait!

Everyone is there with their own goals and the amazing team at The Studio make sure that you know they’re with you to support you and to push you. I know joining this group has changed my life for the better and look forward to continuing my journey with them.
The Studio is by far the best work out establishment I’ve ever attended. I started to attend just before they had to shut down because of Covid 19.
I can’t wait to get back it! I’ve never been this eager or excited to start fitness classes.
